Alexandra and Dakota crushed the boho mountain vibe for their August wedding. Ivory linens ornamented with forest green, teal, and gold accents, agate stone table numbers, and wildflower florals crafted their stylish look.
Humor, joy, warmth, and love are how these two describe their partnership and their intention was to share and celebrate these qualities on their wedding day.
Humor came natural to this wedding. After all, these two named their dog “Chicken Noodle.” And Chicken Noodle’s face was engraved in Dakota’s custom cuff links for the day. Alexandra and Dakota also added a cheeky gnome in the corner of the reception hall, which got some great laughs.
Joy was omnipresent throughout the day. From the getting ready hours to the golf cart sendoff, these two, their friends, and their family were all smiles. With an amazing dinner, boho decor, outdoor dancing, and cigar bar, they created a relaxed and beautiful space for everyone to join together, share stories, and enjoy company.
A summer mountain wedding isn’t complete without a little sunshine. Following the morning showers, warmth radiated throughout the mountain setting and the stunning florals from Eleven Blooms Floral Studio. Warm, neutral-toned flowers provided elegance and contrast to the forest green, teal, and gold accents in the ceremony and reception hall. Their ceremony featured the wine box tradition, and their guest book was a wine barrel, so there was certainly a nod to “liquid warmth” as well!
Love could be felt everywhere, from the beautiful ceremony to the smallest details. They recalled their vows being the highlight of the day. Intention and the declaration of love is of core importance to the ceremony, and these two worked with a professional to create genuine vows rooted in their values. This day was the culmination of months of hard work to showcase and honor their love, and the fabulous pictures are the record of their success.
