Spring Fling Forever

Cool blues, floating florals, and The Shutterbus are just a few enchanting elements of Sydney and Jake’s three day wedding celebration!

Friday was a day for settling in, gawking over each other’s luxury suites, and hosting the rehearsal dinner at Della Terra. It was the perfect time for Sydney and Jake to socialize with their closest friends and family, while many of their guests explored the charming town of Estes Park.

Saturday, the wedding day, was all smiles during the get-ready hours. Estes Park Bridal Company arrived at the salon to work with Sydney and her bridesmaids on hair and makeup. Meanwhile, Jake and his groomsmen tipped a few pints in the theater and perfected the art of the bow tie.

They had two unique guest “books”. One allowed guests to write their names on a wooden heart to be dropped in a heart-shaped box. The other was a crowd-favorite, a rotary phone in which guests could tell a story or record advice for the newlyweds. Guests arrived to the ceremony site to see the pergola adorned with blue and lilac florals and sprawling greenery. Anticipating a chill in the air, Sydney and Jake provided customized blanket favors for all attendees.

Following the ceremony, the raw oyster station opened up and people made their way to the bar for cocktails. The Shutterbus arrived during cocktail hour to provide guests a unique photo booth experience inside of an old VW Vanagon.

The reception hall had a seasonal elegance as lilac napkins and ivory chair sashes accented the navy table linens. The custom neon sign hung inside a floral ring just behind the head table, while a floral display floated above the stage.

As Top Hat Entertainment kicked off the dancing, Peak Oxygen opened up an oxygen bar on the balcony. While it’s a great idea for altitude-sickness, it’s also a great way to keep your legs fresh for the dance floor!

The following morning, brunch was served and friends and family gathered to recount the memories of the night before.
