Glorious in Green
Emily and Michael’s hunter green and white theme stood beautifully against the snowy winter weather.
Michael looked dapper in a hunter green velvet suit that challenged the traditional wedding blues and blacks. Emily looked stunning in a Paloma Blanca dress and brown boots to trek into the National Park for photos. To tie the look together, Emily’s bridal party wore hunter green velvet dresses.
Florals were all composed by Michael’s aunt and sister, including the arrangement that hung on the pergola above the couple. Missing their grandmothers for the ceremony, Emily was able to honor them by wearing her grandmother’s diamond on her neck and Michael’s grandmother’s ring. Following the ceremony, these two were grinning ear to ear as their dogs yipped and yelped to congratulate them!
They opted for a Polaroid guestbook, which gave them many hilarious memories once the camera’s guestbook duties were done. Hunter linens covered the table, while ivory napkins and chair bows accented the room. The centerpieces, also composed by Michael’s aunt, had an effortless elegance about them. The room was a testament to how bold colors and simple decor combine for a gorgeous winter wedding look.
Emily and Michael, thank you for letting us be a part of your wonderful wedding day. Congratulations!
