Bohemian Chic Summer Celebration
Explore Catie and Sam’s natural wedding design – featuring simple succulents, bohemian style, and the summertime beauty of Colorado.
Catie and Sam met in Estes Park in 2014 – when the pair were interns at YMCA of the Rockies. Five years later, their Estes Park wedding was filled with joy from first daylight to the last dance. All morning Catie and her bridesmaids laughed and celebrated as they got ready in Della Terra’s bridal salon. The men took over the theater, keeping their groom in high spirits while he waited to see his bride walk down the aisle.
We simply adored Catie’s style and design of her day. A true mountain girl, she focused her decor on the simple, easy beauty of nature and the feeling it inspires. Our FAVORITE detail was the selection of bridesmaid dresses. Catie opted to have her ladies wear individualized dresses with similar cuts, patterns and colors. It came together beautifully, with each incorporating their own style into a flawless array of unique, complementary floral designs.
After a touching ceremony officiated by a close friend, guests mingled at cocktail hour before entering the reception for dinner and dancing. Catie and Sam’s reception decor flowed with the style of their day. Sage and ivory satin linens were topped with wood logs, succulents, wooden carved table numbers, and gorgeous white china. A DIY polaroid photobooth gave guests an alternative way to capture happy moments of the day. By the end of the night, hearts were full. The newlyweds were granted a party streamer sendoff as they embarked on their honeymoon and a lifetime of adventure together.
Congratulations Catie and Sam!
